Melissa and Evan Wedding - Triunfo Creek Vineyards Wedding

This wedding...I'm not sure if it was the fact that I went to high school with this gorgeous bride, or that there were equal little people then big people in the wedding party, or that wheels on the bus was the theme song, but something about this beautiful wedding just spoke to my heart. You would think putting 9 kiddos in a wedding party would be a little chaotic...BUT it was amazing... to see the patience and love that this bride and groom had for these kids. They wanted to include their best friends and siblings and all the little people that went with them, I loved it, every second. What spoke to the heart even more was the sweet tears of happiness that were shed. The bride seeing her dad arrive at the end of her ceremony, the groom as he danced with his Mom, the maid of honor as she spoke at dinner and I'm sure a few more. What a gorgeous day full of happy tears and babies...what's better in life then that! Thank you Melissa and Evan for trusting me with your day. xo

Special thanks to Chelsea for shooting with me! I always love working with you in LA!

Erika and Howie Wedding - Backyard Father of the Bride Wedding

A Father of the Bride wedding meets real life fairytale. This scene looks a bit familiar with her sister getting married here a few years past but how lucky are both of these girls that they got to do their wedding in their own backyard, where they grew up. I always wanted a Father of the Bride wedding but my parents little backyard could not have held all the people. I'll just relive my dream through these beautiful weddings. A lounge in the front and back, flowers, a beautiful tiered cake, more flowers, a dance floor built on top of their family pool, did I mention flowers, and a gathering of lots of love. And what could top a Father of the Bride wedding - your dad singing to you for your first dance together. What an amazing day, thank you for having us capture it and may you always see your beautiful wedding day when you look out into your parents backyard.

Thank you to the LA Emily for shooting with me...you're the best!
